What is Pilates?

The principles developed by Joseph Pilates can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs.  The Pilates method teaches increased body awareness, good posture, builds strength, enhances flexibility and improves balance. Even joint and muscle aches can be alleviated. 

By developing proper technique, your body can be retrained to move in safe, more efficient patterns of motion – invaluable for injury recovery, sports performance, good posture and optimal health.
